You may return an item within 48 hours of delivery if any of the following apply:

• The wrong item was delivered
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item is expired at the time of delivery
• The quantity delivered does not match your order

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Opened sterile products (gloves, syringes, cannulas, surgical items)
• Pharmaceuticals and temperature-sensitive items once delivered
• Items without original packaging
• Items not purchased directly from Medcart Nigeria

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via any of the following:

Please include your order reference number, photo evidence of the issue, and a brief description when contacting us.

• Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days
• Partial refunds may apply where only part of an order is affected
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Where a wrong or damaged item is confirmed, Medcart will arrange a replacement delivery at no extra cost within 24–48 hours of return approval.
